Alabama Shakes - Boys & Girls (2012)

Jack White seems to show no sympathy for this mass phenomenon called The Black Keys. However, the former The White Stripes have not had any problems when declaring his love for Alabama Shakes, an American band that is on everyone's lips thanks to the addictive frenzy of sound that is embodied in "Boys & Girls", its gimmicky album debut.

With a race unfit for a group like this nobel, Alabama Shakes have combined correctly soul and swamp rock emerged in the southern United States. The key to safe hits as 'Hold On', 'You Is not Alone' (beautiful theme) and 'Be Mine' lies in the purity and spirit of the quartet emerged from Athens to found his musical flag in the voice of a singer - Brittany Howard - that shines with personality.
